Breakfast was nice but somehow they managed to overcook the eggs and sausages, how excellent! The room was just too small for two, especially the bathroom. I nearly expected a complimentary upgrade after such dissapointment but alas, that didn't happen. I almost considered giving a good review but just couldn't.

Rooms are well-kept and clean throughout our stay.
The Double Room with Shower we stayed in was cramped. It was frustrating that there was only one bedside table. The bathroom's size left little room for movement.

We loved our well-decorated double room with a charming balcony overlooking the beautiful garden. The breakfast selection was excellent, especially the fresh coffee and yogurt. Staff were friendly, always ready to assist.

The brekkie was a dream! Fresh fruits and a hearty English breakfast set me up for the day. Plus, the family running the place is just lovely.
Honestly, not much to complain about. Even the weather played nice! But if I had to nitpick, the lack of variety in room sizes was a tiny hiccup. Everything else sparkled.

The stay was a real treat, especially with the charming balcony overlooking a beautiful garden. Breakfast was another highlight with a fine selection of fresh fruits and a hearty English breakfast. Located only a short walk away from local attractions like Tate St Ives and Smeatons Pier made my solo exploration easy and enjoyable.

St Ives vibes 🌊✨
Man, the brekkie was super lekker! Fresh fruit salad and great coffee every morning hit the spot. Our room had this beautiful little balcony overlooking the garden. And, the staff? Chommie were so friendly, always up for a chat. The parking on-site was a major plus too.
Just a bit nagging was that the room felt a tad cramped for two of us.
